Earlier, according to him, the National Fund for Children project had already been launched.
"Since February of this year, a special account has been opened for each child and savings are going on. We even have the first people who started using these funds in order to get higher education," the minister said.
It is planned to launch a voluntary accumulative system "Keleshek" by the end of the year.
"The funded system is voluntary, if the family decides to start saving for higher education, there will be a guaranteed annual premium from the state, guaranteed start-up capital from the state, a premium from life insurance companies and second-tier banks. This will lead to the fact that by the time the accumulated amount is received, plus everything that is guaranteed to accumulate in the National Fund for Children, it is all aggregated on one account, and if the child wins the grant, then this money can be spent on buying a home or left to his brothers and sisters, if the eldest child", - the head of the ministry explained.
